Global power is displayed in the upper right corner of the 2d
view tab display while the Global Power symbol on the format2d toolbar
is selected. Double clicking the axis displays a zoomed copy of this
graph in the center of the 2d view. Double click again the restore the
previous view. Global Power amplitude scaling is configured on the
navigator dock widget with GP scaling mode selected.
