6.) Rserve C++ client
Data exchange with R is performed
with the help of the TCP-Server "Rserve" and the included C++ client, available at http://www.rforge.net/Rserve/ under the terms of of the LGPL.

"http://www.rforge.net/Rserve/": Rserve is a TCP/IP server which allows other programs to use facilities of R from various languages without the need to initialize R or link against R library. Every connection has a separate workspace and working directory. Client-side implementations are available for popular languages such as C/C++, PHP and Java. Rserve supports remote connection, authentication and file transfer. Typical use is to integrate R backend for computation of statstical models, plots etc. in other applications

7.) BIHAR and FFTPACK

Fast-Fourier-Transforms are performed using the netlib BIHAR library,
which contains the double precision routines of the netlib FFTPACK library.

FFTPACK is a package of Fortran subprograms for the fast Fourier transform of periodic and other
symmetric sequences. It includes complex, real, sine, cosine, and quarter-wave transforms.

8.) EEGLAB

Independant component analysis is based on the source code include in

9.) Ledalab


EDA signal decomposition is based on
Ledalab version 3.45 for MATLAB developed by Mathias Benedek.

Ledalab is a Matlab-based software for the analysis of skin conductance data (SC; i.e., EDA, GSR).
It can import various file formats (including BioPac, Biotrace, CassyLab, PortiLab, PsychLab, VarioPort,
VisionAnalyzer, VitaPort) and provides many preprocessing functions.
It performs event-related analysis relative to events/marker and returns various parameters of phasic and tonic activity.
