EGI:  Before starting the preprocessing, export all EGI data files using the netstation file exporter. Emegs requires you to have a HIST-, ZERO- and GAIN-file for each data file you are analysing. The only exception is the automatic segment numbering netstation applies if the recording was stopped using the Pause-button. In this case emegs recognizes that numbered data files refer to the same calibration and event files, as long as the numbering is a three digit number at the end of the filename (which may or may not be seperated from the root filename by an underscore). Neuroscan:  Neuroscan data files contain both amplifier calibration information and trigger information  in the data file, analysis thus does not require preparational steps. [Top]

BTI:  (under construction)[Top]

CTF:  (under construction)[Top]

BDF:  BDF data files contain both amplifier calibration information and trigger information  in the data file, analysis does not require preparational steps.  [Top]
